Recruitment tech PR was just the job

The Brief

Firefish Software, based in Glasgow, helps hundreds of recruitment agencies manage candidates and vacancies. HTR was asked to boost Firefish’s profile and showcase its expertise in recruitment issues.

Our Strategy

By understanding the interests and areas of expertise among the company’s leadership, we developed thought leadership pitches for a selection of industry titles and mainstream media. We offered expert insights on the big issues of the day, such as: the “Great Resignation”; attracting talent in a candidate-driven market; navigating the transition to hybrid working; and leadership lessons learned from the pandemic.

Results

Over a six-month campaign we secured 19 pieces of media coverage, reaching a potential audience of over 700 million. Highlights included being quoted in a long-read on the BBC website, appearing in columns in the Herald and Business Leader, and in trade titles such as HR Magazine and Global Recruiter.
