Hot Tin Roof Gravitate Towards Success

Hot Tin Roof has been appointed by HR management consultancy Gravitate HR to design and implement a PR campaign that will build their reputation in key markets and position them as leaders in outsourced HR support.

This news strengthens Hot Tin Roof’s reputation as one of Scotland’s leading PR specialists for small businesses, and follows a series of recent important account wins in the SME sector, including miiCard, C2 Software and Praxa.

Margery McBain of Gravitate HR comments: “We are extremely passionate about the business so it is important to work with companies who also share our enthusiasm. We believe that Hot Tin Roof has this commitment, as well as the creative and practical skills to help us achieve our business goals.  We look forward to seeing the results.”

Gravitate HR provide bespoke outsourced HR support services to small to medium sized businesses. They are a full service outsourced HR advice and support company specialising in workplace dispute resolution, performance management processes and HR policy.

Launched in 2006 by Margery McBain, the company works with a number of high profile companies including Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland, Rettie & Co and the Edinburgh International Film Festival and Filmhouse.

The name of the company is based on the concept of drawing people together towards a common purpose – gravitate.  By getting the employment house in order, Gravitate helps companies to save money and make them more productive.

Hot Tin Roof’s Director Sarah Lee comments: “People are the very core of an organisation so Gravitate HR’s work is vital to ensure that businesses are as productive, profitable and efficient as possible. They are a great company, with a fantastic team headed up by Margery, working to provide businesses with ongoing advice and support.
